Private Customer Process

We listen to and work closely with our clients and tailor make their kitchens and cabinets to suit the individual’s needs. We advise and guide where ever we can and help the client to achieve the result they desire in the most practical and cost effective way possible. We encourage the client to have as much involvement in the planning as they desire, instead of talking them into accept something they don’t want. We offer a computer generated designing service to assist our clients in visualising the end result.

When a design and budget has been decided on, a contract is completed and signed off. Other documents in the contract include drawings, specifications and a flow chart so the client can see what stage their project is.

Our clients are kept up to date with email or phone contact.

At the completion of construction, the client is invited to view the project set up in the workshop. This allows the client to see what their project will look like before it gets to site, and to make any changes that they feel are necessary. We find this compliments the drawings by allowing the client to see the project before it is installed.
After the project is completed, a final check is carried out to ensure everything is in correct working order.
